This wonderful tool has been an immense blessing in my kitchen and gives me flexibility where there just wouldn't be with other kinds of cookware. I've since graduated to calfalon pans and a copper kettle but always come back to my first skillet and dutch oven. I've put my heart and soul in to these babies and the day isn't riget unless I make something in the skillet.Any thoughts.
